The delivery standards for Xpresspost U.S.A. state that packages arrive within 3-5 business days. Service standards are based on the day of deposit (day 0) plus the number of business days required for delivery and do not include weekends and national holidays. Deposits made on weekends and national holidays will be counted as originating on the following business day.

Each shipment must pass through US Customs and can be held for up to 5 business days.

Your package tracking number originates from Canada Post, which is the government mail carrier in Canada, similar to the United States Postal Service. You can track your packages by following this link and entering in the number.

Once the package is about to be delivered by the USPS, your tracking information will appear on the Post Office's web site. To track a package on their web site simply visit www.usps.com and click on "TRACK A PACKAGE".
